Resisters and Rescuers of the Holocaust

For the past several days you have embarked on a journey through the study of the Holocaust through the film “Schindler’s List”.  Now that you have some idea of Oscar Schindler and how he transitioned from being a bystander to an upstander, the time has come to use this information and apply it by completing the following assignment:
Part One  Using media center resources  research a RESCUER or RESISTER  during the Holocaust. You will be given the name of someone to research.

Part Two  Research the circumstances surrounding your upstander during the Holocaust.
For example, if the rescuer/resister was from the Netherlands, research
information on events taking place in the Netherlands during the Nazi occupation.

Part Three  Document all the information using Noodlebib.  One set of notecards
for the overall history surrounding your upstander and one set of
notecards for an individual upstander.
